Sewing this summer

So how many people enjoyed The Sewing Bee and are feeling inspired to get sewing? We have a few new sewing tutors joining us at The Making House this summer and some great new courses both for summer and autumn next year. I’m determined I’m going to get my machine out this summer.

is our technical sewer, she is a professional dressmaker and creates her own patterns.

5 Week Dressmaking Course starting Thursday 12th June

Lynda Kinnard

of Rebellious Rags has extensive experience of working in creative textiles she’ll be teaching

Freehand Machine Embroidery course for us on Saturday 21st June

Lucy Renshaw

creates quirky upcycled interior products and will be showing us how to
