After weeks of hard work The Making House was finally ready for the grand opening just as the guests arrived, everything came together, sign done, electrics sorted, last bits of painting done, jewellery out, paintings installed and even got pricing done on time. And what a great opening it was! Loads of guests turned up, the wine flowed, chips n fish cakes from my local chippy were a welcome snack, lots of chatting and a good few sales so all in all a brilliant start to the new venture.

Thanks to all who came along. Thanks so much to Anthea and Jo, Dom, Rich, Bert n all who helped with getting the shop ready and thanks too for all my brilliant helpers on the night. Thanks to Sal for the booze and her help without which the shop may have not looked quite so good.
